I have ordered earphones for which I paid Rs 1669from the website grimsonz.com and they have sent me a Rs 200 duplicate defective product which is even received damaged, the product came through Bluedart today i.e. on 25th May 2021.
Please help so that these fraudsters do not benefit by doing fraud.
