1. I ordered a product from the website getsby.in. The product details are as follows :
   Name – Krypton G4 Smart Watch with camera
   Order Date (SMS Received on) – 31/10/2019
   Order Date (on box) – 11/01/2019
   Order ID (as on the bill on the box) – 8287961
   Order ID (as received in the SMS) – 5647235968
   Tracking ID – PKRC4000060373
   Reference ID – GTB5647235968
   Amount – Rs 1798/- (COD)
   This product doesn’t work at all. It is a complete waste. I requested a return request to be placed as soon as possible but got no response. The product is not at all as it is displayed on the website.
2. In spite of telling the customer care representative, no action has been taken.
3. I haven’t received any mail or message regarding my complain that I lodged and neither did I receive a mail or message stating that the return request has been confirmed even after speaking to the customer care representative.
4. AND ALSO NONE OF THEIR “CONTACT US” FACILITIES WORK! THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER GIVEN DOESN’T CONNECT! I DON’T GET ANY KIND OF MAIL FROM THEIR END.
