I have paid RS.1499 and have ordered for MI band 4 smart watch (1+1 offer)based on your advertisement via face Facebook. order id 1272018668. But the product I received was M3 brand.
And also in one smartwatch there was no charger available.
I tried contacting the customer service number multiple times 8860-345-205 and it is switched off; I have tried to send an email to support@ezeekart.net; email is not delivered.
The site automatically logged me off after I completed the purchase.
SUCH A HUGE SCAM.
Kindly help me get the money refunded. The product is not worth at all and the product that is delivered is available in Flipkart for just rs.349
