Ordered a premium smart shoe rack from shoppperzone.com for Rs.999 but got delivered a fake product. After receiving the wrong product tried to return it by complaining through mail which was mentioned in their website. No reply received from the online platform. It is requested to take strict action on the website and refund my amount.
