Hi ,
I order a shoe rack but completely different product was delivered with cash on delivery. All the website links and email of seller are not working .
Unable to reach ekart to stop processing of payment as they don’t have any proper contact details .
I asked my mother to recieve the cod product of 1000 because ekart was delivering it . Delivery boy refused to open box and verify product.
Now unable to reach seller or ekart / delivery partner
