I received a fake product, without box or invoice, taped bottle from Flipkart and instead of cancelling the order, they are forcing me to use the product by citing no return policy and providing a replacement. Firstly, after this incident, I don’t trust Flipkart, secondly the replacement product will arrive few weeks later than the original date of delivery and I have already left the city and soon leaving country before the product arrives. Flipkart is not understanding and wants me to use the fake product which I never paid for.
