I ordered a pair of Crocs shoes on Amazon. They delivered a fake product. I raised a complaint and returned the product to them. Now they are denying to give me a refund. They say I have returned an incorrect item. I have photos as proof which shows fake product and also photo of the deliver executive who picked up the product.
