Ordered watch on Flipkart which was delivered on 29 June , when i opened it was not fossil watch but a fake product. I raised return request immediately the next day but till now it’s not picked up. The support team isn’t helping either. My return requests are cancelled because seller is not accepting. Kindly help. The watch costs 12000
