I ordered Portronics SoundDrum 1 10W TWS Portable Speaker, Inbuilt-FM & Type C Charging 10 W Bluetooth Speaker from Flipkart on the 4th of August 2023. As I was out of the station, my father collected the order from the delivery person on 9th August 2023. My father was old and poorly studied, so he took the product from the delivery person without properly verifying it. After one hour, I came and proved the product and found that we had received the wrong product. There is no purchased e-bill, charging cable, user manual, or warranty card. I immediately tried to contact the delivery person and after one hour he attended the call then I explained and enquired about the product. Still, he told he can not do anything regarding the issue. I contacted Flipkart customers and explained to them but did not receive any positive response. I’ve requested a return and refund from Flipkart, but they have rejected my request and said they are sorry! That’s how they treat their customers but take their valuable money and give the wrong product! So many customers are facing these issues from the seller: MPS Telecom Retail Private Limited. I do not know why Flipkart still encourages these fraudulent sellers. I request the national consumer helpline to take action and help me out. Please, resolve this problem as soon as possible.
