I’ve ordered Puma Shoes from Flipkart on 25th of July and received on 30 th but the shoes which I’ve received was different from the image shown on Flipkart and I’ve requested return and refund from Flipkart but they now after 5 days have rejected my request and said we are sorry! That’s how they treat their customers but taking their valuable money and giving wrong product! For them 1189 is small amount but for middle class person it’s a huge amount! I request national consumer helpline to take action and help me out or else I’ve to legal action against Flipkart for cheating their customers! Pls resolve this problem as soon as possible because I’m facing this issue of return from last 13-15 days! Pls solve my issue
