I purchased a USB rechargeable wireless Portable Vaccum cleaner looking at the advertising and video. Given about the product order, invoice no – EZ157679 dated 23may 2023. Also website stated return 100% possible. But after getting the product realised that the product is low grade/fake/duplicate as shown in advertising video and not usable at all also. I did write to there email ID and called many times there contact number but not responding at the time. After some time I received a phone call other side, and he said that to me about product return related process. And he started trying to my personal and UPI details for scam again. He send me a link by SMS for share to him. They are trying again and again. It is a fraud and cheater E commerce company.please take action against this company and there peoples. Company or warehouse address, phone number and email ID is not given anywhere on the Bill or box.
