I am a doctor by profession and have been using 3m 8210 healthcare masks regularly, this time i ordered from Amazon nd the mask quality is way inferior to what i have been using. I spoke to the customer care twice nd there only reply was its non returnable. I cannot send a picture showing poor quality because that depends on the thickness.i would either want authentic masks or a refund.
Hoping for some one to understand because its for the first time that m facing issues like this on Amazon nd its certainly disappointing as the cost per mask is 93 with a lot of 20 masks.
