I had ordered a song x tws earbuds:sleek design,great sound wireless case,single mode, unique design, Hours playtime,IPX5, Bluetooth 5.0

Which costed me Rs1999 and I am given Rs500 cheap ones

That too damaged packing.

Please help me out.
