We were in Lonavla and one guy came to us selling free vouchers and apparently we won 3 day 2 nights tour free package. He told us to go to office to gain more information about this, we went there and some 2-3 people gave us very nice presentation about tour packages membership just like club Mahindra. We paid around 75000 through Credit card EMI and received one nice booklet of Royals Club International. The manager over there has told us that we can book any hotel through this at discounted prices but when actual time came to book the hotels we were shocked by by one thing that there are very limited no of hotels tied-up with this company and we have been fooled.
Now I want full refund for this
