I am using amazon QR code for digital payments with amazon-pay merchant id 0001416554 A customer take brought the goods and done paytm with the transaction id 10911437628, I have not received the money Rs.4900, but the sender sends me the screenshot of the paytm application that he has sent me the money.
I requested paytm about it they are not paying any attention to the fake screenshot of their application which absolutely looks real and asking me to visit police.
The fraud mobile number is 9871344649. His number is switched off but whatsapp number is working .I lost my money for no reason. Please help me
