I had made 2 saree purchases worth Rs 698 from KP_Cart which is a facebook based page which contained one site ie https://fibrefashion.in/ and after that i had made transaction of Rs698 to Razor Pay(razorpaypg@hdfcbank) and my money got deducted from my google pay account .Got a Money Deduction E-mail from Kamini Fiber Fashion(from no-reply@rajorpay.com),but couldn’t get any other detail of my order. Cannot even find the page in facebook now ie both Page and Site is vanished from Facebook.

I have not received my order yet and also no information regarding dispatch of my order.

I request you to please look into my problem and get back my money into my account from which i have done payment.I am from poor family and i know money is worth.
