Recently, I received a low-quality item that I did not order, and upon contacting Shadowfax customer care for assistance, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional amount in order to process my refund. When I questioned this unusual request, the representative became aggressive and began yelling, which only added to my frustration.

As of now, I have not received my refund, and I am left with a product that is not only unsatisfactory but also not mine. This experience has caused me significant distress and confusion.

I kindly request your guidance on how to proceed with this matter. It is crucial that consumers like myself are protected from such deceptive practices.
