I received an order today at my doorstep with my name address and phone number mentioned on it. My husband thought it was genuine and he paid for the product. Later he enquired about the order to which I said that I had not placed any such order. The sender or the seller information is missing but it has my accurate information. The courier partner is delhivery and on its tracker the seller name is mentioned as Shipway wh surface. This is a new scam. Please look into it. I am attaching the courier bill attached on the product. I wish to return it and get my money back.
The COD amount was 850.
