Dry fruits was ordered (ID #7419) through online and payment was also been paid on protected gateway CCAvenue on 3rd March 2020. I used to call there number and send emails. But Phone is off and no reply over email too. even after cancellation, refund hasn’t taken place. CCavnue does not justified the same as reliable seller or confirmation or payment. its more then 48 hours and there was no answer from them. I wish that my consumer complaint will be addressed and get resolved soon.
