Text of Complaint by Sairam Golla:

On 24th Feb 2021 from 12:01Am to 6:00am there was a big offer on gold drop refind sunflower oil 5Leater cans

Actual MRP is 745 but Jiomart price after 81% discount is 135 rupees.

So I was ordered total 6 cans (each order 2 cans, 3 orders).

And again I was registered with my 2nd mobile number and ordered 6 cans.

Still offer showing and stock available.

I informed to my wife she also ordered the same with her 2 registered mobiles.

Due to oil will use for my house purposes and that to very lesser price.

Still offer is showing I informed to my sister and brother in law. They also ordered the same.

After offer period complete

Jiomart team cancelled all our orders.

So I came to know this is fake offer in Jiomart offical application.

Today I got refund amount from Jiomart.

This team is cheating customers

By showcase with big % discounts after that all orders will cancelled.

The delivery boy came to my home and said we are not delivery all the orders if you want we will give you only one can for all your orders. We have internal emails to cancel all orders about this offer.

So we are not delivering any of this offer orders.

I don’t want refund amount, I need products. Can you help me in this?

I want to file a case about this type of cheating.
