I have ordered Harddisk for the price of 3999 under lightning deal, payment was successful and when I track the package it showed as item ready to dispatch,but they cancelled the order without my concern and information.
They have increased the price and forced me to buy at higher price then the offer price, when asked the same with hotline they mentioned they’ll refund the difference amount but when I went to chat to confirm the same after 48 hours the agent on the chat saying that they were lieng and there’s no such policies.
