I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a Muthoot Finance loan account of ₹12,500 that is currently reflecting in my CIBIL credit report.

I hereby confirm that I have never borrowed or availed any loan of ₹12500 from Muthoot Finance Limited. I have not authorized or applied for this loan, and therefore, I dispute the authenticity of this account and the outstanding amount being reported against my name.

Due to this incorrect/unauthorized loan account and the associated overdue amount being reflected in my CIBIL report, my credit profile has been negatively affected. As a result, I am facing difficulties in obtaining financial services and loan/credit facilities from other financial institutions.

I request Muthoot Finance Limited to urgently investigate this matter and verify the origin and details of this loan account. If the account does not belong to me, I request you to:

Immediately remove/correct the incorrect loan account from my CIBIL report.
Rectify any overdue or negative payment information reported against my credit profile.
Provide written confirmation of the investigation and corrective action taken.
Ensure that no further adverse information relating to this unauthorized account is reported to any credit bureau.

I request you to treat this matter as urgent, as the incorrect reporting is adversely affecting my creditworthiness and access to financial services.

I am ready to provide the necessary identification documents and a copy of my CIBIL report for verification.

Kindly investigate the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
