I am filing this complaint against the loan app/website “Crazy Rupee” for raising a repayment demand for a loan that I never received.
The website is showing a loan of ₹3,600 allegedly applied on 22-07-2026 and demanding repayment of ₹4,464. However, I never received this loan amount in my bank account. I have not knowingly completed any loan application or shared my documents with Crazy Rupee.
When I checked their website, I found that my details/documents appear to be uploaded without my knowledge or consent, which raises serious concerns of identity misuse or unauthorized use of my personal information.
The website also provides incomplete and suspicious contact information. The email address displayed is “Funcash@facebook”, which is not a valid professional email address, and no customer care phone number is provided.
They are sending links from different different no. on WhatsApp to clear the amount.
