I have taken emergency loan from Loan Resource app with high interest and low credit, the repayment day for 7 days but executives of that app send messages before one day and start harassing’s like pay before 11am or else we will call all your contacts and also your cibil score also reduces. I asked for time till 3pm so that i can arrange and pay but that lady executive started using bad language and and started texting continuously without giving time to even read message and sent me a voice record that “you are not giving reply, so forcing me to take action on you. See now what happens” and next minute she sent very abusing’s WhatsApp messages to my contacts.
after the payment i sent the screenshot and told to delete those messages which sent to your contacts but there was no response.
and i am receiving repayment messages from different apps, which i don’t even know the app names and not even applied for any loan.
And here is another type of harassments that i applied for a loan in Small loan App, it took all the data like pan, Aadhar, bank details etc. etc. It showed like the loan will disburse within 24-72 hrs. After one day, one of their executive called and said the loan is ready to disburse please check in app. In app it was asking for 1000/- processing fee. I paid for that processing fee and it was first updated in app, later i called to that executive she told that due to low cibil score we can’t provide you the loan, and i asked to refund my processing fee . She told we can’t give that money back , but if you pay 5000/- we will adjust it in your first EMI and your loan will disburse in 30 mints. I said that i can’t pay that much amount, if we are carrying that much why would we go for applying loan, she said you have to pay 5000/- or else you will get legal notice. I asked for what i get legal notice, i have not even taken any loan from you, she said that loan amount is already in hold and you need to pay every month emi and if you don’t pay then you will go to jail. I checked my bank account but i haven’t received any loan amount but it app it is showing that I need to pay EMI’s every month for the sum of 50,000/- loan amount.
Fake apps are like – Magic Money, Cash Advance, Rupee cash, Laon Resource, Cashcom, Crazy cash, Money cash, small loan, cash advance which are having 4.3 rating, but high rate of interest and high rate of harassments.
I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTIONS ON FAKE LOAN APPS WHICH ARE AVAILE ON GOOGLE PLAY STORE .BECUASE OF THIS MOST OF THE PEOPLE ARE COMMITING SUICEDE AND ALSO THIER FAMILY MEMBERS ARE SUFFERING LOT OF PAIN DUE TO ABBUSIVE MESSAGES WHICH SENT BY LOAN APP EXECUTIVES.
