My name is Sachin kumar sinha, in my credit report, arthimpact digital loans private limited is showing a loan of Rs 500 from 553 days and overdue amount is only rupees 1. But it is showing active account with 13 payments missed,while I have not taken loan from them and secondly till date I have not received any call for payment nor any payment reminder. I can’t get in touch with them please help me.
