I received mail from director@ncs-gov.com regarding job opportunity in IBM. I attempted first round which was an aptitude test. Then I received mail from recruitmentteam@ibmind.com mentioning that they shortlisted me for CR HRE profile. They asked me to share few details such as name, mail ID, experience, current ctc, Expected ctc and location and current selfie. That guy Karthik rejected My selfies in blazer and jeans. He asked me to share selfie in such dress where more physical visibility will be there and should be a selfie only not a photo. Head to hips. I felt suspicious.
