Text of Complaint by ABUL FAZAL:

I am writing this email in a state of absolute shock, distress, and outrage regarding the predatory business practices I have been subjected to by this company. they are actively exploiting the vulnerability of job seekers, using emotional manipulation and deceptive sales tactics to trap people into financial ruin. When I was first contacted by their representative, Rahul, the entire service process was explicitly explained to cost AED 3,500. Trusting his word, I enrolled. However, immediately after securing my initial payment, the company completely changed the rules. My Relationship Managers, Mohit and Suraj, began aggressively moving the goalposts. They continuously introduced hidden terms of service and demanded extortionate, unannounced fees just to deliver the services I was originally promised.

The reality of your business model is a malicious trap: The Bait-and-Switch Fraud: You hook vulnerable job seekers with an affordable price (AED 3,500), only to hold their progress hostage unless they pay an astronomical total of 25,000 or more in in the name of multiple verification and services.
The staff uses psychological pressure, forcing clients into an impossible ultimatum: pay informed amounts or lose the initial hard-earned money forever.

Exploitation of Vulnerability: Targeting unemployed individuals who are struggling to find work, and squeezing them for tens of thousands of Rupees under false pretenses, is not just unethical—it is a clear case of misleading service selling. If your total services cost 25,000 or more rupees, your sales team has a legal and moral obligation to disclose that upfront in the very first call so consumers can make an informed choice. Hiding the true cost until after enrollment is a deliberate bluff to generate business through deception.

I demand a full and immediate refund of all money, plus the should legally binding to clearly state the total package cost and the process to get the complete service.
