The assured kart website showed me the JBL flip 3 speaker and JBL earbuds in 1799 RS.
Payment was made on cash on delivery basis , however later when I opened the parcel .there was some cheap and fake speaker without earbuds inside the parcel.
Kindly let me know how to sue them.

Do not buy any item from this kart. I was purchased jbl speaker (Rs 1439 ) and assured cart give me Rs 100 of Chinese speaker.

Same here ..I received the same ..the customer care first assured me that it can be returned… BT now I realize I have been fooled for the first time in online service. I am going to smash this product right away..

Delivered a different non familiar product instead of the original requirement, support centre mail has bounced back, and the contact number is not reachable guess they are cheating the customers, becareful
Same case happened with me like Divya Rana.This is the fraud site.same model was ordered on COD basis post found some cheap branded speaker inside the packet. I fail to understand why and how can these types of fake sites survived in the today’s market Fuck it guys
