I purchased an iPhone 14 pro 256 gb silver colour worth rupees 1,39,900 from Amazon but a fake iPhone of golden colour was delivered to me on 31st of October. The iPhone is fake as it already have installed apps like Pubg WhatsApp, etc, the apple app store is not inbuilt and installed externally, the WhatsApp is getting update from Play Store, there was no welcome thing when I turned it on. The camera is of worst quality and the lightening cable I received is of A type instead of C-type.
I complained regarding the same to Amazon customer care but as per their investigation the correct product is delivered and they denied any further request and complaint.
