My name is Aman Prakash. I received a call on 23 July 2020 from a person name Ketan Shah (+91 7096200829) about a Part-time home based form filling job as he said to me that I have to fill 560 forms in 5 days with 90% accuracy then he said there is the amount of 5000 rupees for registration and i don’t have to pay now they will deduct this amount from my first salary. In the first the job look ok to me then he emails me and told me to send Adhar card on his mail id ( ketanshah845@gmail.com ) I do as he said.
Then he demands my photo and signature and without telling me they put my photo and signature on an agreement which is quite illegal then after I started working on the same day. after that next day on 24 July 2020, the company blocked my id due to mobile/multiple logins which i haven’t done after complaining they retrieve my id but again next day my id got blocked form the same reason. Now the company told me to pay 7999 rupees for software maintenance or 5000 for cancelling the contract and then I refuse to pay so they send me a fake legal notice from Mehnasa district court and also logged a fake FIR against me they are telling to pay rupees 67,950 which i obviously am not going to pay as I found many complaints against these company.
