I have raised a port out option as network issue is not resolved in VI, received call from retention team to cancel the Port option and they promised me that they will resolve the network issue and wil provide compensation of Rs.150 and also will provide Rs 250 for Port option which I raised, whereas I have not received any refund yet on both, when I tried to reached the customer service no proper information is given and I mailed to higher department which is appellate.tamilnadu@vodafoneidea.com and again no correct response received from them, I have few call recordings and request details of this issues
