- First, I ordered shoes from myntra on 9th April, 2021. The shoe model was Nike Black Air Max Sequent 4.5
- I received this product on 11th April and when i checked it, I found it to be defective as the glues were all visible and the stitches pattern on top was kinda burnt.
- So, I exchanged it and ordered another pair of shoes, that model is Nike Air Max Advantage 3.
- This i received on 12th april and when i checked it, it also had a glues visible and when i wore it, it wasn’t comfortable and Nike shoes are really comfortable as I have used it earlier too. So, there was shoe biting issue as well.
- So, this time I called Myntra customer care and asked them to help me with providing the same details as I have mentioned above.
- The guy told me not to put exchange request and wait for the call/update from their side.
- In app, the two threads opened and both were marked as closed next day with issue resolved and i got a message that my return is placed and I’ll get my money back once they verifies the shoe quality.
- So, I cancelled the return and asked them that I have paid 3k+ amount not to play these exchange and return game….I need my shoes replaced with the original pair from different seller. As, both of those shoes I received came from the same seller (Indiflashmart)
- Please help me.
