Hello,
File-up.org is an site, who provides free hosting of files, in return they pay you money, whenever any one downloads user’s file, but it has been 1 month, they hevn’t paid single dollar to me.

All the payment proofs provided, in their site are their members only.
No real user’s I found till now.
Just cease their site.
