Text of Complaint by Dibyanshu Gautam:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you with a deep sense of frustration and concern regarding a recent purchase I made on Flipkart. It has come to my attention that both Flipkart and the seller involved have failed to adhere to the 45-day buyer protection policy, leaving me in an extremely disadvantaged position.

Issue:
I ordered the aforementioned product with a firm belief in the buyer protection policy that guarantees customers a window of 45 days to raise concerns, seek resolutions, and initiate returns if necessary. However, I have been met with obstacles at every turn.

Delivery Incident:
The delivery of the product was accompanied by an incident where the delivery person did not follow the standard practice of opening the box in front of me. Instead, they open box took photographs and requested the OTP bcz I was out house in market .

Policy Violation:
My request for a return, motivated by the delivery of an incorrect cartridge type printer instead of the ink tank because seller was describe it’s a ink printer . Seller was not mention it’s a cartridge type printer variant I ordered, has been met with resistance. The response from both Flipkart and the seller seems to be in direct violation of the 45-day buyer protection policy that ensures consumer rights are upheld.

Request:
I kindly urge your intervention in this matter to ensure that both Flipkart and the seller abide by the buyer protection policy. Forcely ignore my return request . I deserve the opportunity to initiate a return, secure a suitable resolution, and have my concerns addressed within the stipulated policy framework.

I appreciate your understanding of the gravity of this situation and your assistance in resolving this issue. Your prompt response and guidance are essential to restore my faith in the buyer protection policy and the consumer protection framework if possible please login E – F.I.R for Mentally stuck by Flipkart and Flipkart seller.
