We have ordered 2 nos. women printed night suits through online site Caratworld from Rupamcreations.in. Order was placed on 8th August 2020 & payment was done through netbanking. order confirmation message received as per below.

Till date delivery is not received. Phone number is not mentioned on site. Only email id is mentioned as nikunjahir1173@gmail.com. However, in spite of sending 3 mails, we have not received any response.
While searching on internet, we have found that already many complaints are registered against this company. Kindly extend your help to get us refund of Rs. 499. We also request to take legal action against this company / person for doing fraud business.
