A Delivery person calls me and tells that receive your product without telling shop name,I am busy with some work at my office so i didn’t query about shopping company name, because I recently orderd product on other shopping app so I thought it is that order.Due to office work I am not on my delivery adrees I call my younger brother to receive product due to my work pressure I didn’t tell him to query about shoping company so hi receive product ,the delivery person says to my brother you have to pay Rs999 as product is cash on delivery. So, my brother didn’t do further enquiry and paid him Rs 999 when I came from office I saw the delivery package is from another unknown fake company and it is not from my shopping app which I orderd then I understand it is fraud then I call delivery person he is not receiving my call also mobile no. Mentioned in package is switch off. Kindly help and resolve my problem.
