Text of Complaint by Rahul Mishra:

I ordered a Samsung S21 FE phone from the Flipkart platform on Big Billion Sale on 22nd September 2022 at 1:51 am. The delivery person from Ekart attempted the first delivery of the phone on 25th September 2022 at 07:00 pm. I was supposed to get the new phone by exchanging my old phone Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo at a price of Rs.4000/-.

Samsung Grand Neo runs a 4.2.2 android and Yaantra Diagnostics App( which is a 3rd party app and not available on Playstore) did not run on it and Delivery Executive canceled the exchange citing the reason of non-performance of App which is not written on the policy of rejecting a phone while exchange, proof of which I am attaching in the photo linked to mail. I asked him to deliver me the new phone tomorrow so then I can consult with Flipkart Customer service and he agreed to do so. Since then I raised various issues on Flipkart customer service about the Non-delivery of the phone and none of them seemed useful and gave me a message that the phone will be delivered before 30th September 2022.

On 28th September 2022, I got a message from Flipkart that the phone is returned as per my request due to the rejection of the phone thrice. The delivery person is lying about the three visits. He only came to deliver the phone once. This is a height of Unprofessional behavior from Ekart and Flipkart’s end and it caused me a great deal of discomfort, mental tension, inconvenience, and loss of value of money. This has involved wasting my much valuable time.
