Amazon claims for doorstep delivery while ordering products through online app; but once it out for delivery few delivery agents demands to collect order kilometres away from the delivery address.Hope that will not comes under doorstep delivery policy
And it’s customer support service is very bad .. they are just trained to apologize and close the tickets without solving issues
