i have ordered a powerbank from amazon. It’s a prepaid order. Delivery person didn’t call me and mark my order as refused. Now neither i nor amazon cs is able to connect with that person. Also they are asking me to wait for 4 days for refund while i was in need of that product. It is a fraud activity.
