Respected Sir,
I am a Software Engineer living in Kolkata, West Bengal. I have been cheated of around Rs. 75000 by Mehsana (Gujarat) based Microsis Professional company. I had signed an agreement with this company where I had to successfully fill at least 378 online forms out of 420, failing which I had to pay the registration charge of Rs. 4700 to the company. As per their QC report, I had successfully filled 369 forms. But before I could pay their registration charge, they said that they have registered an FIR in my name and forced me to pay around Rs. 75000 as penalty for panel correction charge, NOC, salary processing etc.
