I have ordered two 16 GB RAM from amazon for my new pc that i was building but Flipkart sent me 12gb old samsung RAM and same day when i asked them to return they told me ok and the return was to be done on 8th October . But on 8th there ekart person called me and said that due to heavy rain in Delhi he couldn’t come and pick up my order and he will come the next day i.e on 9th so i just said ok as humanity action . But then next day they cancelled my return and now they say that i just can get replacement which i don’t Want now because i already bought the same from shop as my work was hindering. After so many calls i am still stuck on no conclusion and i am mentally harassed in this situation as the extra cost that i have to bear is 11194 rs which is a big amount for me . I am attaching all the proofs kindly help me get my refund back please.
