Myself swapnil bansode & my Airtel postpaid number is 9665298333.
This is the mail to inform you that, here is some issue related to outstanding bill payment, from past months I am unable to make payment for my existing postpaid connection due to I had been shifted in other state which is far from my home town and also I am under financial crisis.
Still receiving harassment payment recovery calls with unacceptable languages.
I had already mailed this issue to Airtel and they supported me a lot, even I had received a call from Airtel Customer team that they had paid some amount of my outstanding dues and also inform me that there will be no any outstanding dues. I myself get surprised that Airtel is really best and very supporting.
I had attached the call recording and had send to the Airtel team so that it would get clear that the commitment was fake and wrong bcoz when I argued with the customer care executive against this, he replied me that the call was for another customer & bymistakely we called you and wrong information was provided.
So my question is how can it be happen bymistakely..? Why Customer care representative did not verify the number before calling..? Is he were sleeping while making a call..?
Mistakes can be happen by anyone its normal but such kind of mistakes are not a mistakes, its is purposely mistake & they should have to verify it before making a call.
As my previous mailed, I informed you that almost 160 Airtel Customers in my locality are ready to portout from Airtel to vodafone or jio. If needed I am ready to give all the customers list who really and ready to portout from Airtel services. I personally help them to portout from Airtel bcoz I am the Corporater of my locality.
