Kindly raise a complaint for fake commitment on my postpaid no.9999098668 by vodafone retention team.
I opted for suspend my no.on 11 may, on 12 may @ 5:40 pm vodafone advisor called me from no. 7982835315 & committed 100 rental discount on my plan of 299 & also gave commitment of 100rs waiver on my latest bill. But i didnt receive any confirmation message of it then i went to vodafone chat bot from vodafone app,they refused any commitment.
Thats not my fault..i am not going to pay 293.78 but will pay 193.78 and also i want rental discount of 100 as committed.Thanks & Regards.
