Dear Sir,
My name is Dinesh. I have purchase a Tata Sky connections before 2 months. My connection number is 1-313-916-692 ( Primary and Secondry). On 18 may connection has been recharge by me Approx 365/- for one month according tata sky package. But the same has been deactivate with in 12-15 days. I had also lodge a complaint on tata sky cm care that fake commitment done by your distributer side. One cm executive name is Radhika ( On phone) doing also fake commitment that your connection has been de-activate. Plz recharge the same for yout query resolution. After recharge the same has not been activate till now. Now again receive a call from cm care on same complant number for again recharge the same. Now i am very much frustrated. Request you to take necessary action against him. Query number is 1HY6IEXR.
