I had ordered a phone from Amazon on 10th Aug and paid extra charge to det it delivered the next day by 9 PM. I tried calling the delivery agent multiple time and he promised to come by 10:30 PM post which he stopped receiving my calls and marked the order as delivery attempted. I tried contacting Amazon on chat, calls and twitter but they denied to help and to refund my amount
