Dear Team,

i am samir sekhar dalai and i had a postpain connection in no. 9731309005. Last friday i contact Mr. mehmood ahmed mobile no. 702227007 sales team of airtel broadband for broadband connection. He came to my home and told that our service is good and he asked me to take 3 month subscription. i believed in airtel because i am using it from long time and i subscribed. i paid 2828 for 3 month broadband pack. After that he promised that by 3 pm my installation will be completed.
After 2.30Pm i got a call from Mr. palani who is the technical engineer no.9916657354, he told that i am coming for installation if any other call came tell that already i communicated. After that i called so many times he told me that 10 min, 20 min, 5 min. Till 8 Pm i called but he did not came.
when i called sale team mr. ahmed he didn’t pick my call. when i called from another no. he picked and got angry and shouted on me. he misbehave me.
Next day (Saturday) Morning one more engineer called ag 7.30 am and told that i will be there at 9am. but he didn’t come. i kept on trying but he didn’t receive. while call from another no. he told 5 min 10 min i will come. but he didn’t come. when i called mr. mehmod he shouted and misbehave me.
After that at 02.35Pm first time i called broadband customer care they committed that by 5 pm work will be completed but no engineer came. At 04.36 PM again i called customer care they told by end of day the installation will be completed but nobody came or nobody contacted. Finally i called again to customer care at 06.42PM and talkto customer care supervisor Mr. kiran. He committed that it is not possible to installed on Saturday. monday early morning 9am my team will call and get the work done. when i asked why your team committed that Saturday it complete he had no answer.
today morning also i didn’t get any call. i tried 4 times but nobody pick call. i just want to ask airtel like this you are providing service to customer and you people. we believe in customer care but they are also giving false commitment. Further i don’t want to use airtel service. i don’t want to take broadband connection. please return my money which i paid for the broadband service. my broadband ID is 080101038301_kk.
i don’t want to continue like this company which have fake commitment.
