I have registered my complained November 2018 first week. My Complent number is SR00000SP9CR. My complained is regarding network issue. I have registered my complained in jio care, jio appellate and jio grievance. They told me they will resolve my problem with in one month. But after one month they didn’t provide me solution. After this I have again complained him and told him I am facing same issue in my area they replied me they will provide me solution definitely with in one month. But my problem not resolved yet. I am feeling mentally torcher by jio.
