I received an order on 27th Aug, by my name and address and it was a postpaid order. Since I had many deliveries to arrive I thought it is one of them and paid the delivery person through UPI. When I came and checked the product it was nothing but a white piece of cloth. This is a serious issue and must be resolved ASAP. I want my refund at the earliest or I’ll take this to higher authorities.
