I’m getting repetitive cash on delivery orders from shadowfax. On checking with the courier service, they’re asking otp for cancellation. I denied to share the otp saying, ” I cannot share otp for an order which i do not have.” In response to it shadowfax is spokesperson is intimating me saying, if you do not share an otp then you’ll be blocked and no service will be provided further.
