The courier company named “Delhivery” has delivered a package which says cash on delivery Rs.880. This is not an order made by me. Added to this the delivery was done without following any of the normal protocols that the courier company named “Delhivery” usually follows. i.e. sms of the update that a package is out for delivery with the number of the delivery executive. Zero regular protocols were followed indicating that this is a scam & that the courier company seems to be hand in glove with the scammer.
The Seller’s address is not mentioned on the package but after tracing the delivery details on the courier company’s (Delhivery) app the seller’s name has been identified as “Pacific Mall”
They have send a torn and messy cloth and have collected Rs.880 for the same from a family member at my address while I was at office.
1. I lost Rs.880 to an order I did not place
2. The courier company seems to be very suspicious in this process and when I called they have said they cannot be anything and the seller has to be contacted without any details to reach the seller
3. There was no return address on the package as there usually is
